-Mark is straight up -Off handler defenders are pinching into the lanes -Downfield defenders playing under about an arm length apart (still need to be close enough to challenge a floaty deep huck)
-When the disc moves to the sideline, mark is force middle -Dump defender poaches in the lane for 2-3 stalls, then back tight on the dump -Downfield defenders still playing under
-Dump defender poaches in the lane for 2-3 stalls, then back tight on the dump -Far handler defender is still poaching the lane (this allows the big swing across the field, but it will be floaty with enough time for the defender to recover)
-If the disc swings back to the middle, force is straight up and handler defenders go back to sitting in the lanes
-Same thing if the disc swings to the other sideline
-Same thing: Dump defender poaches in the lane for 2-3 stalls, then back tight on the dump -Far handler defender is still poaching the lane (this allows the big swing across the field, but it will be floaty with enough time for the defender to recover)
