Step by step 8 steps
  1. Step 1

We use this any time we're starting a vert stack on o from a disc that is somewhat centered. The vert stack should try to line up a couple feet onto the open side of the disc, particularly the front of the stack.

  2. Step 2

The reset handler can be on either side - but recognize that whatever side they go to means their defender can poach that lane.

  3. Step 3

The front of the stack cuts to one side - ideally the break side. They should do this decisively without "dancing".

  4. Step 4

The first possible throw is the break side throw to the front of the stack

  5. Step 5

If that happens, the two guys at the back of the stack need to talk, but the back can clear to the open side, and the next guy in line can go out and then under, or straight to the disc.

  8. Step 8

As he runs by the back of the stack, he should either be open for the huck, or the defender at the back of the stack will consider poaching off to help cover the deep, giving the guy at the back of the stack the easy open side under.
