Initial Setup. This setup is what we want our positioning to look like all the time, regardless of force or disc location. Our end zone runs with four players, typically three handlers and a cutter.
With the disc in the middle, our first look is to swing to the sideline.
After a disc is swung from the middle to a sideline, the middle player follows their throw with a strike cut.
The next player in the stack cuts straight back and the player that just made a strike cut returns to the end of the stack. Notice that we are back to our initial setup.
If the disc cannot be swung back to the middle, the player who just cut makes a strike cut.
If the disc is swung back to the middle, the player who swung the disc stays where they are. Notice that once again, we are back to our initial setup.
After the disc is swung to the middle, the next player in the stack should cut to the opposite sideline for a continuation throw.
After a continuation throw, the center player who just threw the disc should follow their throw with a strike cut. The player on the sideline clears back to the stack if the disc is on the opposite sideline.
The next player in the stack cuts straight back and the player that just made a strike cut returns to the end of the stack. Notice that we are back to our initial setup, now just mirrored.
When the disc is swung to the middle from the break side, the break side player should return to the stack and the next player in the stack should cut to the force side.
If the middle player is not able to swing to the force sideline, the force sideline player then comes back for a dump.
The player who threw the dump should then replace the force sideline player. Similar to a swing from the sideline, the next player in the stack should then make a continuation cut.
If the continuation throw is not a available, then the break side player returns to the stack. Notice that we are back to our initial setup.
