Blue 1 is offense, red one is defense. Blue starts cutting to the opposite back cone...
As soon as Blue 1 gets past the cone, Red 1 can cut in to intercept the disc.
Disc is thrown to the outside towards Blue 1, the offensive player.
Red 1, formerly on defense, is now the new offense player and IMMEDIATELY cuts back to restart the drill going the other way. 1 and 7 clear to the other lines out of the way.
Again, as soon as the offense hits the cone, the defense can make their move. In this case, Blue 2 got the D. Emphasize the outside throw away from the defense.
Now Blue 2 becomes offense and sprints to get the next cut. Red 2 is waiting in position to get a D.
The drill can continue indefinitely and because the defense has to go back immediately to offense, there is a good conditioning aspect.
