Step 1

After the ofensive team crosses the middle of the feild we start playing wall in the zone.

Step 2

The deep player (number 5) covers the back of the endzone

Step 3

The wings and one chaser (4, 3, and 2) cover the front of the endzone. They stop passes into the endzone

Step 4

The last chacer (1) covers the disc allways. Force the ldisc to the closest wall, especialy try to stop cross feild overheads

Step 5

The hard part is moving acording to what the defence is doing.
