Four cutters start as in split stack, two handlers back (as in vert). One player (Blue 1) is isolated in the middle. (Assume force forehand here)
Blue 1 has 3-4 seconds of complete freedom to cut. (Though the primary focus is to get open under)
Blue 1 has 3-4 seconds of complete freedom to cut. (Though the primary focus is to get open under) Blue 6 and Blue 4 are reading his cut. If the ISO gets the disc on the force side, then the break cutter (4 in this case) heads deep while 6 comes under). If the disc goes breakside then 6 goes deep and 4 comes under)
blue 1 has three options - a bump to the handler, the deep shot to blue 6 who timed his cut off of the pass to the iso, or blue four who also timed his cut off the pass to the iso.
If the offense bogs down it resets to a standard split. With Blue 1, 2, 3 serving as handlers and Blue 4,5,6,7 as downfield cutters.
