Starting with the disc in the middle of the field, 3 sets the front of the stack, and two is the dump on the force side at a 45 degree angle. (Force is flick for this example)
Before the disc is tapped in, the person in the BACK of the stack initiates their cut.
The cutter finishes their cut and recieves the disc. Players 1 & 2 will need to TALK to determine who stays for the dump, and who clears out.
In most cases, Player 1 will clear out and now set the stack, instructing all players in the stack to "push" or move the stack back. Player 2 will become the dump and line up even (horizontal) with the disc. Player 4 should begin initiating their cut at this time.
From here the flow is the same. The back of the stack will cut, and receive the disc
Player two will clear out and set the stack, as player 5 sets up the dump by lining up even with the disc. And player 3 begins their cut.
Now say player 3 is guarded very well and is not open. Player 3 will need to clear out deep, and player 4 will need to swing the disc to continue the play. Player 5 will initiate a strike cut as a fake.
Now Player 5 will come back at a 45 degree angle away from the disc to give player 4 room to throw. Player 2 will begin their cut to the break side to continue the swing as the throw is being made.
Player 2 will receive the disc. Player 4 will drop back as a dump at 45 degrees from player 5 in case player 2 is guarded really well. Regardless, player 1 will initiate a cut at this time. Player 3 will get back into the stack at this time.
When the disc is completed to player 2, player 1 will continue the cut and receive the disc up field. Player 4 will clear out and set the stack. Player 5 will line up 45 degrees to player 2 as a dump.
When the disc is completed to player 1, player 5 will clear out to set the stack. Player 2 will line up 45 degrees behind player 1 for the dump, and player 3 will initiate a cut from the back of the stack.
Now say player 3 is guarded very will, player 1 will need to swing the disc to player 2 to keep the disc alive. and player 3 will clear out deep.
Player 1 will strike across the field immediately after dumping the disc to player 2.
After receiving the disc from player 1, player 2 will swing the disc right back to player 1 upon completion of the strike. At this time player 4 should initiate a cut from the back of the stack. Player 3 will reset into the front of the stack.
After throwing to player 4, player 2 will clear out and set the front of the stack. Player 1 will line up even with player 4. And the cycle will start over again with player 5 initiating a cut from the back of the stack.
