Step by step 9 steps
  1. Step 1

There are 3 handlers (H1, H2, and H3), a block cutter (B), and 3 cutters are the back of the endzone (C1, C2, C3). The setup is very similar to an endzone iso, and the disc begins on the break sideline (Left sideline if the force is flick)

  5. Step 5

B immediately clears to the opposite (break) sideline while H2 makes a hard strike cut. It is key that the strike cuts is hard and that it involves a lot of yelling ("I'm open" "You have me strike", etc)

  7. Step 7

B fills H1's old position and is now the handler on the break side. H1 swings to B as she fills in. Off of her strike cut, H2 sprints across the endzone toward the break side.
