Step 1

The thrower (Player 1) is trapped. The dump (Player 8) says "3" to indicate she wants the disc in on the 3 cut (in the drill she's not open and clears)

Step 2

1-cut (thrower fakes)

Step 3

2-cut (thrower fakes)

Step 4

3-cut (thrower fakes) and clear. On the dump's 3 cut, the Tower (Player 4) takes a few hard steps toward the force side and then fills the dump space.

Step 5

The mark goes kill and the thrower hits the tower (ideally in stride at head height).

Step 6

The thrower becomes the dump, the person who filled goes to the throwing line, and the person who was the dump goes to the back of the Tower line (and switches drills if we are running both forces)
