Step 3

7 offense (blue) beats 7 defense under. Defense calls strike as they need help. Leaves breakside exposed! 3 and 4 adjust to help cover the breakside because 1 (mark) strikes. 3 defends inside break (ace space), 2 defends around space.

Step 4

7 blue clears. 7 red stays in lane for a bracket with whoever is at the top of the stack (last back defender). Mark returns to no around flick mark . 2 and 3 return to default spots as well.

Step 5

For remainder of play 7 stays in upline space, 2 protects the around, and 3 watches inside break (ace) space. Talking to mark is essential. Moves to prevent handler dumps.

Everyone gets tight as soon as possible after swithces!
