    Standard sag handler movement upfield. Standard zone diamond downfield.

  2. Step 2

    Throw gets off to cutters near handler defenders. Red arrows are examples of continuations cuts.

    Defense drops downfield (looking to clog space and get in front of possible continuation cutters.

  4. Step 4

    Ideal if disc is forced back to a handler. Top priority is to eliminate any continuation throws from these ideal dumps.

    Disc is dumped. Throwing angles of continuations are covered.

    Sag is back to default sideline.

    Sag back to center default.

    Wing handler leaves.

  9. Step 9

    Wing handler defender (1) follows. Has option to defensively switch or bracket with downfield wing (5) or deep deep (7). Communication with mark is essential when a handler leaves the handler space. To help force handler, mark goes less straight up to force towards the other wing handler.

  10. Step 10

    A offensive player returns to the wing handler space (in this case the original wing handler) returns to the wing handler spot. Default sag reset. Original straight up/slight force mark reset.

  11. Step 11

    Cutter gets disc by the wings or deeper (on a single throw or a number of throws/continuations).

  12. Step 12

    Fire or person called. Transition to person defense. Force is same as slight force or back up force called on line before disc is pulled. As always defense should drop downfield and spread to prevent the flow of the disc.

  13. Step 13

    Transition into person requires defense to match up by pointing and communicating. Example shows the offense also transition to vert but same applies for ho stack.
