Step 1

Center handler defender will set flat/slight mark (slight righty flick mark shown). Wing handler defenders will poach the throwing lanes.

Step 2

When the disc is swung to the open handler closest wing handler will seal the sideline and the center handler will seal the lane.

Step 3

After sealing, wing handler on disc forces middle. Center handler poaches lane.

Step 4

When disc returns to middle, all handler defenders return to default position.
