Offense sets up. Defense sets up traditional 3-3-1 zone, bating the offense to throw to the sideline.

Step 3

P1 (red) marks not allowing ANY breaks. P2 is in the cup and reinforces no break. P3 doesn't allow any throws through the cup, nor upfield.

Step 4

Offense swings to open side. P3 runs after disc and marks. P1, P2 run around and get in the cup. P4 comes down to help trap.
