Player #4 is the isolated cutter, offset 5 yards to the open side. If the defense is set in a tough way (as shown), #4 will initiate and attempt for 3-4 stalls to get open in the space where they started.
Players #5-7 are staying tight to the back of the end zone, in line with the disc, to leave #4 as much space as possible and stay in good position for a later cut.
It's very important to watch defender #3 here to make sure they haven't poached too far.
Alternative setup where defender #3 has tried to double team the isolated cutter. Handler #3 must bring attention to this LOUDLY!

An alternative option here if the poach overcommits, is to run this swing and go pattern. Notice that #1 and #5 are ready to react for the possible break side reset here if the upline fails.
One more alternate setup where the other open side defender (#6) is poaching. The stack should be yelling out for this poach!
#4 uses the other possible space to fake to, we can threaten a far corner hammer/blade here if wind is low.
If executed convincingly, we get the poach on their heels and come back towards the front line for an easy score.
