Step by step 13 steps
  1. Step 1

    We are picking up a dead disc from the sideline. Notice the setup, cutters in a 45° angle , with cutter 1 being about 10 yards from the disc. Handlers are also at a slight angle up field. Note: this can also be a set play from a standard Horizontal Stack when the disc is at the center of the field, just don't slant the stack.

  2. Step 2

    Immediately, cutters 1 and 2 streak deep.

  3. Step 3

    Cutter 3 takes three hard steps deep (if necessary) then under.

  4. Step 4

    If cutter 3 is being poached deep or if their defender goes to help deep, they just come straight under), then comes under for the open throw towards the middle of the field.

  5. Step 5

    Continuation is cutter 2 comes under and cutter 1 goes straight to the break side into the stack, if cutter 2 isn't open, then handlers get dishy.

    Regular flow down field or set up in a vert stack.

    If play falls apart or defense shuts down cutters, then it is normal handler flow, swing is first look.
