Set up with 2 offense and 2 defense . Players #3 are not needed but can be added.
D #2 sets up to stop the upline cut with their body positioning.
As O #2 starts the upline cut, D #2 keeps their body position in the upline space. As the cut goes further upline, decrease the cushion of space between cutter and defender.
The handler will either clear out upline (which is a win for the defender), or turn back around and go for the around swing.
We have fulfilled principle #1. #2 is to be in good position and set a good mark if the thrower can get the swing off.
As the disc is in the air, swoop around to the break side and seal off the throw. Don't run straight to the handler! That makes around breaks much easier.
Once the throw is sealed, run in and put on the hard mark.
RESET What we can't do is make a play on the disc and fail to set up a mark.
