Step by step 11 steps
  1. Step 1

    The Set-up: Set up with a 2-2-1 shape. The two handlers are the two closest to the disc on a turn. The deep is the person furthest from the disc.

  2. Step 2

    First cuts. Popper on the handler w/disc's side cuts deep. Popper on the break side cuts straight across. Deep player recycles in.

  3. Step 3

    Rotation. The poppers and deep keep cutting in the same triangle until a throw is made.

  4. Step 4

    Continuation (pt 1) - The current deep player clears across the field. The handler can either attempt a long break, or wait for the real cut.

    Continuation (pt 2) - The other popper goes deep for a score, while the deep player cuts in to reset the triangle.

  6. Step 6

    Reset . If the throws aren't open. The handlers should move up for a dump.

    Reset. Once the dump has been taken, rotation begins with the player who got rid of the disc going deep.

    Swing. What if that first throw isn't there?

    Swing. If the person with the disc swings it. Rotation stays in the same direction.

    Swing. The handler can either: a) Re-swing to the other handler b) Throw to the in-cutting deep c) Throw to the crossing popper
