Step 1

Line up on the third handler as cutter 1, about 5-8 yards from the sideline. Cutters 3 and 4 decide which will be the first cut based on how the defence sets up

Step 2

The first cut moves before the disc comes in, cutting across the field

Step 3

Once across, they can cut under or strike based on how their defender is set up

Step 4

If the pass goes off to this first cutter, either under or deep, the offence moves into flow

Step 5

if the pass does not go off...

Step 6

then cutters 1-4 flood across the field, leaving the break side lane open for 5 to make an under cut for the break throw

Step 7

and offence moves into flow...
