Setup last resort - If 3 doesn't get disc

2 upline, doesn't get it. 3 starts creeping

Step 13

3 makes back cut but doesn't get it, 2 is getting into position for continuation

Step 14

3 not open, clears upline, 1 swings to 2 if time/space as last resort

1 and 3 get into position for new dump
