Disc is in the middle of the field and it is stopped disc. In this scenario 4 and 5 would be the live cutters.
Both cuts were defended well. Clear deep looking for open space. When the thrower looks at the dump they initiate their cut.
If the dump gets the disc on the break side it is the 3's cut .
3's cut is all about timing their cut off the dump/bernie
Let's rewind to step 3 and see what happens if the dump gets it on the open side. Once again the back two cutters need to be clear deep.
So with the reset on the open side it is 2's turn to cut. This is a hard cut to time, you need to be out into space when the dump gets the disc so you can take advantage of the fact that their won't be a mark for a moment.
