1-7 are all the members of the team/practice participants. Blue #2 is the one running the gauntlet.
Blue #2 makes a 5yd out cut while simultaneously Red #1 makes an out cut.
Blue #2 receives a dish from Blue #1 while Red #1 starts to make an in cut off of Blue #2. **Blue #1 MUST make the dish ahead of the cutter to keep momentum for Blue #2 and rhythm for the cuts. A behind throw is detrimental.
Blue #2 throws the disc for a 10-20yd gain. This side is a Righty Backhand.
Blue #2 starts to cut immediately after he/she throws not watching it. Red #2 starts their out cut off of Blue #2. Red #1 carries the disc to the line behind the Disher.
Blue #1 dishes the disc to Blue #2.
Blue #2 throws a Righty Forehand to Red #2.
Blue #2 doesn't watch their throw and starts to cut out immediately. Red #3 begins the out cut off of Blue #2. Red #2 carries the disc back to the line.
Repeat Steps until the line is depleted and all members of the practice are in 2 lines behind the thrower and disher.
After every member in the line finishes their in cut there are 2 lines of cutters. There is no break for Blue #2. They continue doing their cuts. However, the throws that Blue #2 will be making are now deep throws.
Red #1 starts their deep cut straight out from the line.
Red #1 Starts to cut to the center of the field. This leaves half of the field open, a large window, for Blue #2 to throw to space into.
Blue #2 throws a flick huck to space for Red #1 to receive.
Blue #2 continues their cuts immediately not watching their throw. Red #2 begins to cut straight out. Red #1 carries the disc to the center of the field.
Blue #2 receives the dish. Red #2 begins to cut to the center. Red #1 throws the disc to the ground around Blue #1.
Blue #2 throws a Righty Backhand to open space and Red #2 receives it.
