Standard vertical stack setup on the sideline
If defence not set up honestly, be ready to hit free players
particularly the I-O to front of stack
Or
Deep shot to back of stack
Assuming the defence is correctly set
Look for immediate pass to dump (DO NOT IMMEDIATELY CUT)
Front or 2nd in stack are in a great position for breakside continuation - which one to cut is based off the defenders positions
Should the initial pass to the dump not be on, the handler initiates with a clear fake
the dump starts cutting up the line - front of stack starts cutting back
the dump may decide to cut back towards the original position (if his mark bites too hard on covering the line). Note they should be cutting back at a similar angle to the original cut - not back towards the handler. If they do, front of stack mirrors the cut by cutting towards the sideline
2nd in stack then provides continuation
resetting
alternatively the dump can continue up the line - front of stack continues back to reset position.
As that up the line pass goes - back of stack needs to be cutting/preparing to cut based on where his defender is
and be ready for perfect continuation
If the defence tries to poach in the lane - its really important that the poached player shouts LOUDLY.
They immediately move back towards the dump position. Front of stack DOES NOT CUT. The handler clears up the line immediately
