Instead of going for the dishy cut (perhaps 2's defender is taking away that cut), 2 will make a cut straight upfield and 1 will get 2 the disc. This throw can be a bit tougher for 1 to make than the dishy dump, but if 1 can get the disc to 2 in this position (ahead of their defender), we call this "power position", then 2 has the disc with their momentum moving forward and has the opportunity for an easier huck because his mark is trailing him.
2 cuts upfield and receives the disc in power position, the last cutter in the stack sets up a cut, in this case he'll go under.
The next cutter(6) moves upfield to continue off of 7, and also recognizes 2 is in power position and goes deep for a huck opportunity.
