Step 1

Cutters excluded for demo purposes. The disc is trapped on the force side. We look up field for 1-2 stall, then look to dump.

Step 2

Look 1: Middle handler (6) popping back for a swing.

Step 3

Look 2: Strike Cut Hard. This serves two purposes. First, the handler is making a cut to be open. Secondly, and crucially, this cut clears the space for our next looks. Our far handler starts setting up for their cuts by sprinting hard to midfield.

Step 4

Look 3: Same as look one, but for our second handler. This cut has the benefit of having a full field of speed/set-up. Number 6 clears out across the field

Step 5

Look 4: Strike Cut Hard. Number six begins to fill into back field once more.

Step 6

Look 5: Big swing to number six to space.
