Step by step 16 steps
  1. Step 1

lets say we have the disc in the middle. most ideal place to have the disc in front of the end zone.

  2. Step 2

when the disc is in the middle. We going to look for the front of the stack (3) to score.

    12345671234567
  3. Step 3

IO flicks, around backahnd or lefty. whatever throw you want to hit (3) for a easy score.

    12345671234567
  4. Step 4

Let say (3) cannot get open or thrower cant throw to (3). we going to move on option 2.

    12345671234567
  5. Step 5

Option 2 : Jam cut. = run right behind (1) for the dump. On stall 5 ish (1) is going to turn his / her body to look at (2). (2) going to run a jam cut.

    12345671234567
  6. Step 6

If jam cut worked. (1) should move away (very important, explain why below). so that (2) can hit front of the stack (3) for a easy break side score. simple!! we always want to score on the break side. More effective scoring.

    12345671234567
  7. Step 7

SIDE NOTE : some smart team will play against jam cut by switch the mark. When the jam happens. the (red 1) will switch the mark with (red 2). <---- this only work in the same gender tho.

    12345671234567
  8. Step 8

In this case (red 1) will most likely take away the back hand from (2). lead to (3) cannot score.

    12345671234567
  9. Step 9

To deal with the switch mark. (2) should swing the disc right away to (1). and attack upline.

    12345671234567
  10. Step 10

You can see (red 1) is going to miles away from (2).

    12345671234567
  11. Step 11

Now, the disc is on the side line. So, instead of looking for (3) for a score, we now going to look for last of the stack (7) to attack the front cone. <-- keep running to the front cone until your handler no longer look at you

    12345671234567
  12. Step 12

Now let say the disc is on the side line instead of in the middle.

    12345671234567
  13. Step 13

If the disc on the side line. We will target (7) to hit the front cone to score. !!!! keep running to the front cone until your handler no longer look at you

    12345671234567
  14. Step 14

If (7) is not open. he / she should clear back to the stack.

    12345671234567
  15. Step 15

At stall 5 ish (2) is going to look at (1) for reset. either (1) is going to attack the upline for a score. Or clear out for (3) to get the around back hand from (2).

    12345671234567
  16. Step 16

And last from the stack (6). should hit the break side from cone for (3) to throw a around back hand for a score.
