Step 1

Set up in three lines, two on the sidelines with discs and one line centred

Step 2

First in the centre line cuts straight to the cone

Step 3

When they reach the cone they decide on a side to cut to and then receive a pass up the sideline.

Step 4

The inital thrower joins the cutting line, the receiver joins the back of the throwing line on the side that they cut to and the next person in the cutting line starts their cut

Step 5

The next cutter goes to the opposite side of the field
