Disc in middle, 3 handler marks allowing swings, but not upfield throws. Mark is straight up

disc on right side mark is forcing towards the middle, same side wing drops, opposite wing pinches in

back to middle

disc gets through. BACK UP. Reestablish original marks, try to get in position

2 guys go deep- deep calls one of the wings back with him, whichever side of the field the disc is on is which wing he calls

Step 9

basically the 3 handler marks try to take away anything that isn't the swing throws. People in this league suck and will turn these easy throws. Wings and middle guy try to take away continuation throws off of swings, and prevent any over the top bullshit. Deep guy plays deep and talks continuously.
