FIRST THREE - up front. Choose a force, you have 4 options. Home force, Away force, Middle force, sideline force.
HOME FORCE. Easy. Defender 1 stays on the disc the whole time, forcing to O3.
AWAY FORCE. easy. exactly the same, but with D3 marking the disc, forcing to O1.
FORCE MIDDLE. difficult. Ideal for this type of defense. As shown, the player on the disc changes depending on which side of the field you're on.
Like so... D2 never marks the disc.
FORCE SIDELINE is the opposite. difficult.
Like so...
MIDDLE THREE. This would be the picture perfect setup but of course that's not how it really looks.
If we add some O. Basically there is a middle and 2 wings. These three are NOT a fence and they don't stay together all the time, they mark their area.
Extra step I accidentally added and can't delete...
Deep defender does the rest, choose the close/open side deep to mark because they will always be the bigger threat, if you are too concerned, bring back the far side wing to cover that player.
so if the force is Home/forehand, it would look like this.
