Step by step 5 steps
  1. Step 1

Our default setup after a pull will look like this. There are 3 handlers and 4 cutters. There are 4 cutting lanes numbered from left to right. The cutter on the left being #1 and the on the right being #4. As the pull comes down, a designated handler will catch or pickup the pull and centre it to the middle handler and get into position accordingly.

  2. Step 2

Cutter #2 will initiate the play by cutting out. Ensure this cut is convincing enough to make your defender believe you are going to go for a deep look.

  3. Step 3

As cutter #2 makes their cut back under, cutter #3 will fill in the lane that cutter #2 left open. This creates space in the third cutting lane for cutter #2 to get the disc under.

  4. Step 4

Timing for this part of the play is extremely important. As cutter #2 is about to catch the disc, cutter #3 will cut out deep.

  5. Step 5

Cutter #2 will then throw a flick huck to cutter #3 to gain a bunch of yards or score.
