We are team RED. The force is straight up (or FLAT mark). When the disc is in the middle, #4 marks the disc with a flat mark. #5 and #7 takes away the INSIDE lane. #1 and #3 takes away down field throws toward the sideline. We are giving them the Swing to either blue #2 or blue #3. Red #2 takes away overhead throws toward the middle of the field. #6 is last back.
So since we forced them to swing it, they swing the disc to #3. TWO VERY IMPORTANT THINGS: #7 needs to AIRPLANE in to set a FLAT mark. #4 needs to hustle backwards at an angle to take away the inside lane. #5 presses in to sort of put pressure on a swing back toward the middle of the field. BUT they do not gamble on getting d's. #1,2,3 continue to play man. #1 can help deep a little bit because #6 will shade to the sideline a little.
If it goes back to the center, we go back to our default position. #4 has to airplane in to put a flat mark on. #5 and #7 have to hustle back to take away the INSIDE lane.
Same thing if it swings to the opposite side.
