disc get thru cup, wings take away upfield options, cup moves towards recovery
wings continue to guard men on their side of the field, cup moves downfield to take away throwing lanes, red has nothing, opts to dump it
cup collapses, re-establishing themselves. the wings protect their area of the field from new threats( blue5, is now split slightly between red6 and red4, and blue6 leaves red5 for the monster to cover as red7 has become the primary threat to his zone of coverage)
it's important for the cup not to get broken, it leaves our zone at its most vulnerable position. if our cup does get broken, this is how we recover. if we can't recover, the monster(the deep guy for the defense) yells, "fire, fire" and eveyone echoes this. that means that everyone will go into man coverage and guard the men closest to them . this is not illustrated in the diagram
