We see that they are going Ho-stack.
we run down hopefully before the get a chance to move the disc up too much.
Handler cover take their positions. The mark is flat. Mark sure not to get broken(like in the three-man-mark drill). The two other handler covers are farther in the throwing lanes than they think they should be.
the offense starts to move. nothing super dangerous in terms of throws.
the offense will swing the disc A Lot against this zone. 2(rightside),3(mid),4(leftside), are all "underneath" for the entire time.
always take away the open side P(offense) and communicate for someone else to pick up the immediate 'inside' break option.
The hc flashes just a little bit then sets a mark that pushes the thrower back into the middle of the field.
don't over commit if you are covering the middle handler. even if the P you're covering pushes for a strike/upline. just let them go and stay in the lane.
they swing the disc back to the middle. don't over commit but be ready for the continue. these few yards they get each time are fine.
still don't get broken directly behind. The two HC not on the mark should be on the outside shoulders of the mark and in throwing lanes.
the hc does not do a good job of seal the up-field continue. the wing also starts to get sucked into the play instead of staying further back.
the right wing takes the wrong P. instead of letting mid guard that space and discouraging the next throw.
the deep gets sucked in as well. Both defenders are out of position. and a break throw gets off.
still out of position and its really tough to catch back up at this point.
the switch to matchup was called too late.
the offense scores.
