Both teams are on the line. They pull it.
The offense sets up in a vert. we act sneaky if the pull is out of bounds. Then we spring our trap.
The mark makes sure they don't get a full around off. The hc(handler cover) away from the disc pushes the offense away from the easy reset.
2 starts on the break. 3 takes the open side. 4 plays anyone who wants to flood either side. 4 does not commit to either one side but should be vocal if the offense in the middle has an open throw.
they get the dump off. either hc in a position can take the mark now.2 and 3 are still in the lane, the hc is still tight on the 1. 4 is still in the middle.
the offense in the stack recognizes the junk and goes to undercut our "3" on the open side. at this point our hc on the 1 in the stack should either play tight or break off to the next most threatening girl.
hc switches to "2" but its too late. she got open underneath.
at this point everyone finds the person they should guard while not giving anything up to the force side.
our number two(who started on the break side throwing lane) gets beat to the force side as they continue to flood. don't over commit just put a good mark on.
everyone is re-positioning to man defense. now none of the handlers on offense, or at least their best one, have the disc.
we shouldn't be worried about a set play deep or anything now and can play lock down man D.
nothing going on downfield cause we're great.a
their offense resets.
we stop another in-cut.
they get the swing off.
and the continue.
and the deep shot. Don't get broken!
