    set up. endzone. vert stack. in the middle. from the back of the endzone

    handler calls "AMISH!!!"

    cutter in the very front cuts to either side (let's say it's break side -- clarification: it could also be the open side)

  4. Step 4

    Next cutter from the back cuts the OPPOSITE side of wherever the first cutter goes (so this scenario would be the open side)

    3rd cut goes to the open side
