Step by step 6 steps
  1. Step 1

  2. Step 2

Red: 1 and 2 are the shooters, they will always force middle, towards the other shooter. The shooter that is marking (red 1) is preventing a break throw swing/dump (to blue 1). The other shooter is preventing the swing/dump to the handler behind them (blue 3).

  3. Step 3

Red: 5,3,4 are set up as a wall, where 3 is a few steps in front of 5 and 4 in order to prevent crashes from the cutters as well as put more pressure on the thrower. 5 and 4 are responsible for the throwing lane between them and 3 (middle of the wall). It is important that when the cutters flood 3, 5 and 4 pinch in to block off the throwing lane

  4. Step 4

Red: 6 and 7 are the two deep deeps. Their job is to prevent the deep huck from being successful. If two cutters go deep, both deep deeps will follow.

  5. Step 5

If no cutters or only one cutter is doing deep, 6 and 7 (red) will stagger themselves so that there is a short deep and a deep deep.

  6. Step 6

If the disc is swung to the side, the shooters continue to force middle and the same positioning applies. The wall (5,3,4) will become angled in order to block the throwing lanes and the deeps will continue the same positioning as if the disc was in the middle of the field.
