  1. Step 1

    Thrower sets up near sideline with a mark on them. Dump sets up horizontal from thrower10-15yds away with defender. 3rd offensive player represents top of stack.

    Dump takes a few steps upfield to create more space for the around dump.

  3. Step 3

    dump comes back whole thrower makes the around throw. Notes for defense: the person marking disc should have an in game mark applied, not stopping particular throw we are looking for, but challenging that throw. Dump defender lets themselves get beat.

  4. Step 4

    Defensive player on the original dump has two choices, in this example they try to cut off the swing (scenario 2 is step 9). if the defender makes this choice, the throw goes back to the original thrower, and the dump makes a strike cut.

    sump follows through on strike cut, defender tries to catch up.
