Step 1

In this zone there is one chase, the chase's job is to force the thrower towards the sideline.

Step 2

There are two mids. There jobs are to stop any up the line passes and to block passes to the stack.

Step 3

There are two deep players, one is deeper than the other. It is there job to cover the deep players, and to communicate to the mids where the threats are.

Step 4

e.g the deeps can let 3 know that there is a threat to her left....

Step 5

...so she steps left to cover it.

Step 6

If the disc swings, the chase follows the disc...

Step 7

...and continues to force sideline.

Step 8

The other players also adjust there positions
