A standard zone. one person will mark. two others will be in the cup. defense is red. offense is blue. The terms will be in a separate email.
The disc is in the middle. we will choose which way to mark based on a lot of things.
When they throw it to the force-side the cup will move as one. OP is stopping any down field continuation. SU is stopping any throw into the middle. M puts on a hard "no around" mark.
LW will stop who ever is near them by being in front. RW is coming over into space. if teams have better throwers. RW will stay closer to their girl. the wings will not cross mid field.
The girl with the disc fakes. We don't bite but it moves the mark just enough to....
throw a break to the middle. M sprints to stop any up-field throw. SU and OP keep their position. SD is almost face guarding anyone who comes into the middle.
The disc is swung all the way to the break side. M now has a flat mark. SU stops any throw back into the middle. OP will have a few different options here but mostly its to force a backwards through that loses yards.
A popper got the disc but the cup sprints to stop the next throws. SD backs off and stops the next throw if there is one. DD communicates to SD if someone on offense is coming for a continue.
The disc is back to a handler. the cup has stayed together and the offense didn't gain much momentum.
Back to the beginning.
