Step by step 19 steps
  1. Step 1

    Disc is pulled. We are in the end zone. A handler will catch the disc and center it if possible.

  2. Step 2

    Move into a Vert stack. Spacing is important as well as staying near the center.

  3. Step 3

    5 sets up her deep cut. by either driving at her girl or faking deep or just cutting in.

  4. Step 4

    5 gets the disc under. 4 is making her cut when 5 commits to a cut. A lot of times 4 will cut break but can also cut deep or continue.

  5. Step 5

    4 gets the continue due to good timing and decisive cutting. 3 is trying to continue for 4. 6 is pushing up the field and is now the new front of the stack.

  6. Step 6

    4 is looking up the field. 3 is not open. 5 clears into the middle of the stack. 1 has left that space open and is responsible for keeping the stack centered.

  7. Step 7

    4 dumps it to 7. 6 (the new front) pushes then makes a dump cut.

  8. Step 8

    the back of the stack begins to set their cuts up. 3 and 4 clear to the middle of the stack. 7 throws the break around. 1 works to set up the swing cut.

  9. Step 9

    1 gets the swing pass. 2 has made a successful break side continuation cut. 7 is becoming the new "front" 6 is getting into a dump position.

  10. Step 10

    1 throws then clears giving the handlers space as well as managing the stack. 5 looks to continue again.

  11. Step 11

    5 is not open and 2 fakes her off. The stack is resetting. Getting ready to continue if the handlers swing again.

    2 throws to the open side handler(6) for the around.

  13. Step 13

    7 makes the continue cut and 2 clears to the break then back to the stack. 7 gets it here because she is one of the handlers. we will learn to "follow the throw" later

  14. Step 14

    7 continues to 3. 4 tries to continue but sees 6(our other handler) making an up-line cut. so 4 resets to become iso if no one is called.

  15. Step 15

    6 is not in. she can use 4 as the iso or look to dump it. 3 clears into the stack. 7 positions and or cuts for the dump. if she has her girl beat she can go up-line as well.

  16. Step 16

    1 sets up her cut like earlier. pushing to the open side before cutting break for the swing.

  17. Step 17

    4 clears into the stack. the dump is thrown. 1 will look to continue. 2 is being sneaky and not moving just yet.

    2 cuts straight away from the stack so she doesn't cause a pick. 3,4,5 stay put.

    We score because we're great. 6 clears into the stack.
