Ask players to get into pairs of similar ability. Set up with the disc on either sideline and the defender (RED 1) forcing towards the sideline. The Dump (BLUE 2) should set up on the same horizontal plane as the handler with the disc (BLUE 1). BLUE 3 represents the front of the stack and BLUE 4 represents the back of the stack.
ITERATION 1: Centring the disc on the first throw. This is the FIRST option. If the defender on the dump (RED 2) is poaching off the dump (BLUE 2) or the handler (BLUE 1) is able to break their mark easily this should be the FIRST LOOK
Handler (BLUE 1) breaks marks (this should be an around break) centring the disc to the dump (BLUE 2). It is easier to put the disc slightly behind BLUE 2 (as it is harder for the defender to make a bid) which is why it is important for the dump (BLUE 2) to set up horizontally from the disc.
Centring the disc should open up an uncontested throwing lane on the break side (as the dump's defender RED 2 will be out of position) allowing either BLUE 3 or BLUE 4 to cut into the space on the break side. In this instance the front of stack (Blue 3) makes the first cut
Once the disc is on the opposite side line the offence can continue to utilise space on the break side while their defenders are trailing for an easier score. *If the defence does recover quicker and cuts out the break-side continuation by swinging the disc to the opposite side of the field you have created a much greater amount of space on the open side anyhow.
SCORE!!!
ITERATION 2: Set up as before. If the defender (RED 2) is tight to the dump (BLUE 2) or the mark on the handler (BLUE 1) is strong it may not be possible to centre the disc on the first throw.
In this instance the handler (BLUE 1) should indicate for the dump (BLUE 2) to clear out. To do this they should fake the around break-throw (therefore moving their mark around) and can also verbally indicate for their dump (BLUE 2) to clear i.e. by shouting 'CLEAR', 'NO', 'GET OUT' etc.
Then (AND ONLY THEN) the dump (BLUE 2) should make a hard diagonal cut towards the side line as shown
Because of the previous fake the handler (BLUE 1) should have a relatively uncontested pass up the line to the dump (BLUE 2). Whilst the disc is still on the side line the offence has increased the yards gained and BLUE 2 is now in what is known as a 'power position' due to their forward momentum and the fact that their defender is likely to be trailing behind them making a huck to the end zone easier
Enter step description...

ITERATION 3: If the dump player is unable to get free up the line then the front of stack should fill in the space in the back field created when the dump (BLUE 2) clears out up the line. Set up as before and go through the above steps until the up the line cut
Handler (BLUE 1) fakes the throw to their dump (BLUE 2)
Dump (BLUE 2) makes a hard cut diagonally towards the side line
If Dump (BLUE 2) is not free up the line the Handler should fake the throw up the line to try to move their mark making the around break throw easier
The front of Stack (BLUE 3) should cut into the space left by the Dump (BLUE 2). The Handler should centre the disc to the approaching BLUE 3. As mentioned this break throw should now be considerably easier given the likely position of the mark
Again given the position of BLUE 3's defender an open lane has been created on the break side allowing the back of stack to make a relatively uncontestable cut towards the break side
