Step 1

Start from static in a side stack, we are in blue on offense. Bail sets up of the break side of the field to control his defender from poaching.

Step 2

Other team will occasionally poach the lane, which is fine for the plays we run. Poach can come from anywhere in the stack.

All 4 front players come across to the break side, and bring their defenders with them. Back defender will react slightly to this.

Step 4

The #7 on offense is now free to come under, using the space created by his defender being stunned/reacting.

Step 5

At this point the disc has moved and flow is achieved. Possible continue cuts are the # 6 under or deep, and the #1 for a quick dish. From here, it is #6's lane, and the remaining players flow into a vertical stack.
