Starting Set Up fpr Drill

Step 2

Player with ball (Blue 1) dribbles up to midfield. Player without ball (Red 1) runs ahead in the middle of the field.

Step 3

Blue 1 passes to Red 1.

Step 4

Red 1 dribbles to the goall. Blue 1 runs forward to help Red 1.

Step 5

Red 1 shoots.

Step 6

Red 1 and Blue 1 get the ball and back to the lines (while Blue 2 and Red 2 start).

Step 7

Players switch lines and give ball to next person in line.
