standardized handler movement for horizontal resets. 1-0-1 aka cyclone. focus is to keep the disc in the centre and still allow chances of alternative offense path and handler creativity. This setup allow more stall before reset, as its is in the center and abundance of space is available on both open and break side.
open side handler will always initiate the cut after stall 5 and eye contact. break side handler will setup cut on the break side for two option: 1) the continuation strike or 2) in-field break side.
