Disc starts with Player 2 in cone "T"

Step 2

Player 2, throws a backhand to Player 1 who has to run to cone "1" and has to attack the disc

Step 3

When Player 1 received the disc, he has to throwing back to Player 2 with a forehand

Step 4

After throwing back the disc, Player 1 has to run to cone "2" to receive the disc. Player 2 has to throw a forehand.

Step 5

After throwing the disc to Player 1, Player 2 has to run to cone "R" to receive the disc. Player 1 has to throw a backhand.

Step 6

Separation between cones has to be 11 yards/10 meters at least.
