Pull
Offense sets
Defensive player 7 will take away unders.
Play begins, notice how Red 7 stays underneath their opponent to prevent any easy under throws.
If they throw goes up deep, red 7 is fast enough/tall enough to catch up and D it
Reset
Player comes under because deep wasn't thrown
Notice how red 7 is staying on the force side and underneath so they aren't getting beat/
back to stack
Red 6 will also take away unders
As soon as they come under, notice how red 6 will "cut off" the cutter to slow them down and keep positioning
Then stay with them all the way under
and stay close while they cut break back to the stack
Red five will position themselves to take away the deeps
At this point, we are basically challenging them to go under on us and make it a foot race . Do not get beat deep.
They cut under, we sprint to stay close enough to make the lay out D an option for us and make the thrower second guess the throw.
Back to stack and red 4 does the same thing
Containment is key to make sure you don't get beat deep, so don't bite on their double jukes.
