Step 1

Set up 5 cones in a diamond with one in the middle. One line is offensive, the other is defensive. There are two throwers on either side, I'm representing them with discs

Step 2

Offender and defender cut to center cone

Step 3

Offender chooses a side and cuts to that cone

Step 4

Defender follows, trying to stay in front of the cone. Offender is cutting towards cone and makes sure to stay behind this cone and NOT TO ATTACK THE DISC to avoid collisions.

Step 5

Thrower throws a reasonable throw to layout, defender lays out for the D! Team cheers, everyone has fun!
