Disc starts in the middle.
Swing to the sideline without the downfield wing. Cut upline and follow the throw. Outside handler fills in. Wing fills in to hands.
Handler with the disc has 2 options. Option 1: fake the upline cutter and swing the disc .
This swing option will mirror Step #2
Option 2: Handler with the disc hits upline cutter. Thrower then fills as the middle handler, Outside handler fills into the stack as a wing.
With the disc in the sideline, the middle handler cuts upline. Handler with the disc is then given two options to choose from
Option #1 Swing cycle
Option #1 Swing cycle emphasizes the outside swing's timing and immediate give-n-g instinct
Option #2 Upline cycle emphasizes pushing the outside handler thru
Option #2 Upline cycle also encourages another quick handler upline cut for power position, testing the defense to stay tight on an active handler and encourages outside handler timing for a bailout option
As you near the endzone, consider rewarding an upline power position with first with a swing...
...and then a well-timed angled secondary deep cut for a score.
Finish! Repeat going back the opposite direction down the field.
