Setting the Zone. The mark on the disk should be a flat mark allowing swings from side to side not no blade/over the top throw.

Step 3

As the disk swings, the two other handlers shift and "Sag" into the lanes trying to allow the swing passes but nothing over the top or through the middles.

Step 4

The key here is to not allow anything over the top.

Step 5

Once again just mirror step 3 on the other side.
