Pull
Initial Position - Note player "A." This player is a bridge between the handler position and the cutters and serves to create continuation opportunities.
"A" begins a cut towards Handler 1 as the disc swings from H2 to H1. "C" waits in his position while "B" and "D" run continuation cuts in the space left by "A."
"A" gets open and receives the disc. Note that "C" and "B" are now in excellent position for continuation. "D" finishes their deep cut and turns around.
H1 makes a give and go cut while "B" runs for the deep continuation and "C" cuts to the disc. "D" is returning to the horizontal stack (which is now further down the field) and waiting for continuations. H2 and H3 move up to support A.
B gets open for the continuation from A and receives the disc. D begins a continuation cut as the pass goes up. All other players begin to move up to support.
"D" is covered on her continuation so heads for the stack, now in the end zone, while the other players continue to move up the field. B and C's movements back to the stack are also deep continuation cuts, but they are looked off.
B takes a small swing to H1 on the line and makes a give and go cut back to her stack position. Note that all players have returned to their initial field position. Now A will begin the offence again.
A is looked off and H1 dumps to A2. All the stacked cutters begin continuation looks.
H2 swings to H3, and both C and D begin making continuation cuts, one to the disk and one away.
H3 looks off C and sees D deep for the score.
