Step 1

Woman who was marking cuts for the other line (similar to if there was a turn and now she's cutting for a fast break). The cutter must always run at FULL SPEED. Do not slow down for anything.

Step 2

Thrower from line throws a short pass to the woman who will break the mark. The mark starts a bit on the force side and has to swoop a bit to put the force on (mimicking a short break throw)

Step 3

Thrower breaks the mark to complete the pass to the cutter.
